RG Snyman is a South African lock standing 2.04 metres tall, renowned for his lineout dominance and power in the loose, earning approximately 35 Test caps through end of 2024 across an injury-interrupted career. He suffered a devastating ACL injury within minutes of coming on in the 2021 British and Irish Lions series — not a debut, having already played Tests — but fought back to become a key member of South Africa’s 2023 Rugby World Cup-winning squad.
