Handré Pollard scored all 12 of South Africa’s points in the 2023 Rugby World Cup Final, kicking four penalties to beat New Zealand 12–11 in Paris. New Zealand’s 11 points came from a Beauden Barrett try and two Richie Mo’unga penalties. Pollard’s flawless boot under the most intense pressure in world rugby sealed the Springboks’ historic fourth World Cup title.
