RG Snyman is a South African lock forward who stands at 2.08m, known for his physicality, lineout work, and ability to carry at pace. He has earned approximately 35 Test caps for the Springboks — a career severely disrupted by a cruciate ligament injury sustained just minutes into the 2021 British and Irish Lions series. He showed enormous resilience to return from injury and earn a place in South Africa’s 2023 Rugby World Cup-winning squad.
