South Africa have won the Rugby World Cup four times — in 1995, 2007, 2019, and 2023. They beat New Zealand in the 1995 final, England in both the 2007 and 2019 finals, and New Zealand again in the 2023 final. No other nation has won four Rugby World Cup titles.
