Handré Pollard is South Africa’s first-choice flyhalf, born in 1994, and a two-time Rugby World Cup winner. He is best remembered for kicking all 12 of South Africa’s points — four penalties — in the 2023 Rugby World Cup Final, securing a historic 12-11 victory over New Zealand in Paris. Pollard has represented the Springboks in over 70 Tests and is one of the most reliable goal-kickers in world rugby.
