Pieter-Steph du Toit is a South African loose forward born on 8 July 1994 who was named World Rugby Player of the Year in 2019 after a dominant Rugby World Cup campaign in Japan. He plays primarily as a blindside flanker and was a key figure in the Springbok forward pack that won back-to-back World Cups in 2019 and 2023.
