Lood de Jager is a South African lock born in 1992, standing 2.06m tall and considered one of the premier lineout operators in world rugby. He has played for the Bulls, Cheetahs, Sale Sharks, and Stormers, and is a two-time Rugby World Cup winner (2019 and 2023). His aerial dominance and physicality make him a cornerstone of the Springbok engine room.
