Pieter-Steph du Toit, born 8 August 1993 in Paarl, is a Springbok flanker who was named World Rugby Player of the Year in 2019 after a dominant Rugby World Cup in Japan. A two-time World Cup winner (2019 and 2023), he is defined by his relentless work rate, physicality at the breakdown, and ability to sustain that intensity for a full 80 minutes. He plays for the Stormers in Super Rugby.
