When was the Springbok rugby team first established

The Springbok rugby team was established in 1906 when South Africa played its first international test against a touring British team. South Africa won that inaugural match 17-10, beginning a legacy spanning over a century. The green and gold jersey has since become one of rugby’s most iconic symbols.
