Eben Etzebeth is the Springboks’ most capped player with 141 Test appearances since his debut on 9 June 2012 against England. He won two Rugby World Cup titles (2019, 2023), one Rugby Championship, and a British and Irish Lions series. Playing loosehead lock (number 4), Etzebeth has appeared in 86.9% of all Springbok Tests since his debut.
