Rassie Erasmus is South Africa’s Director of Rugby and the mastermind behind back-to-back Rugby World Cup wins in 2019 and 2023. A former Springbok flanker, Erasmus pioneered the ‘Bomb Squad’ strategy — using a powerful bench of front-row forwards to destroy opponents in the final quarter. He is widely regarded as the most influential coach in modern international rugby.
