Damian de Allende is the Springboks’ inside centre and one of South Africa’s most capped backs with 80+ Test appearances, known for his explosive power and relentless work rate. His combination of ball-carrying aggression and dominant tackling has defined Springbok rugby excellence since 2015. De Allende was critical to South Africa’s 2023 World Cup triumph as a pack-like presence in midfield.
