Pieter-Steph du Toit is a South African flanker and lock who was named World Rugby Player of the Year in 2019 — one of only a handful of Springboks to win the award, and the only one to do so in a World Cup year. He made an astonishing 21 tackles in the 2019 World Cup final against England, a match South Africa won 32-12, and has accumulated over 90 Test caps with two World Cup winner’s medals. He remains one of the most relentless forwards in the history of the game.
