Damian de Allende is a powerful South African centre born on 21 February 1992, known for his aggressive ball-carrying, physicality in the tackle, and ability to punch holes through defensive lines. A two-time Rugby World Cup winner with the Springboks in 2019 and 2023, he has been a mainstay in the Springbok midfield since his debut in 2014. He has played his club rugby for Munster in Ireland and for clubs in Japan.
